Who can use Museris

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We will close any account we discover belongs to someone under 18.

Your account

Your account is yours. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has gotten into your account, let us know at support@museris.com and we'll help sort it out. Please don't share your account or create accounts in bulk by automated means.

Your content

Anything you write, upload, or create on Museris belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.

That said, for the service to work at all, we need to be able to store and serve your files. By uploading content, you're giving us permission to do that and nothing more. You're also confirming that you have the right to share whatever you're uploading — meaning you own it, or you have permission from whoever does.

Please don't upload content that belongs to someone else without permission. That includes images, text, or other material protected by copyright — regardless of who owns it. We take intellectual property seriously and will remove infringing content if it's brought to our attention.

If you delete your content or close your account, we'll remove it from the service. That permission to store and serve your files ends when you delete it — except for any copies that other users have already downloaded through the service, which we have no ability to recall.

If content you upload is illegal or violates these terms, we'll remove it.

AI-generated content

When you use the Museris Cloud inference feature, your prompts are routed to third-party AI models. The responses come from those models — not from us. We're providing the pipeline, not writing the output.

What we ask you not to do

Most of this is common sense, but to be explicit:

• No sexual content involving minors. This includes written, illustrated, AI-generated, or any other form. Accounts will be permanently banned without notice.
• No content depicting real people. Don't upload or generate images, text, or other content that depicts, impersonates, or puts words in the mouth of real, identifiable people. This applies regardless of whether the content is sexual in nature. We have no way to verify consent, so the rule is simple: keep it fictional.
• Don't use Museris to harass, threaten, or harm other people.
• Don't upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Don't deliberately try to break, exploit, or abuse the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• If you use the API, stay within the acceptable use policies of the underlying model providers.

If we find an account is being used in any of these ways, we'll close it.

Payments and refunds

Some features of Museris may require payment. When paid features are available, the specific pricing and billing terms will be shown to you before you're charged — you'll always know what you're agreeing to pay.

If something goes wrong

If you cause a problem for us or another user — for example by uploading infringing content, violating someone's rights, or breaking these terms — you're responsible for dealing with it. That means if we end up on the receiving end of a legal claim because of something you did, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in handling it.

We'll let you know if that situation ever arises and work with you in good faith before escalating anything.

No guarantees

Museris is in beta. We're doing our best, but we can't promise the service will always be up, bug-free, or exactly the same as it is today. We might add things, remove things, or occasionally have downtime. We'll try to give you a heads-up for anything significant.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll let you know by email or via a notice in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you're okay with the changes.
